Our Policies
Late Cancellation
Appointments that are booked are saved exclusively for you, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior, you will incur a charge of $15 of your scheduled service.
No Show Bookings
If you do not show up for your appointment and did not cancel 24 hours prior, you will be charged $15 of your service after 3 no shows you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment in order to book a new appointment. We are requiring a card on file for all appointments for this reason. Thank you for understanding.
Re-Service Policy
We do not offer refunds at Sincerely Saige. However, our stylists take great pride in the work that they do and taking care of you is the reason we are in business. If you are unsatisfied with your results let us know and reschedule an appointment within seven days. Rescheduling after seven days is not permitted. We highly recommend a thorough consultation including pictures to show the best examples of what you are wanting. If a new appointment is scheduled after the seven-day period, it will be considered a new service, and payment will be required at checkout.
